I'm a writer by trade as well as a self-taught painter and floral designer. I’m curious, spontaneous and love to relax with a good book and steaming mug of coffee.

Born and raised in Minnesota, my heart is happiest when I’m adventuring along the beautiful North Shore and exploring Lake Superior. Some of my favorite summers are spent camping by the lake, hunting for agates (MN’s state gemstone) for hours upon hours and hiking through Minnesota's stunning state parks.

My painting style is always evolving. I love bold strokes and pops of vivid color. Most of my paintings reflect my adoration for the great outdoors and my deep love of God's beautiful creation, including lakes, rivers, waterfalls, reflections, trees, sky, clouds, sunsets, sunrises and vibrant fall colors.

Writing is one of my passions. As a professional copywriter and editor for 16+ years, I love getting to support others in the work they do, whether that’s working alongside a marketing team or as a freelance creative providing content strategy. When creativity is supported and championed within an organization, I get a little giddy. It’s one of the best feelings to collaborate with creatives and dream together for the future.

Working with flowers is something that has come naturally to me over time. I’ve always enjoyed their beauty and have been known to literally stick my face into a rose or lilac bush in order to enjoy their lovely scent. I might sneeze a little afterwards, but it is totally worth it :) I support weddings and events across the Twin Cities.
